A motif from the Macedonian cultural heritage, made of metal, in the forging technique. On a specially made metal plate, the motif is described in Macedonian and English. The motif and metal plate are mounted on a freestanding velvet base which is placed in a decorative box with a lid.

Description of Motive
Terracotta icons are one of the most exclusive finds in the history of Macedonian archeology. They were found in the Kale site in Vinica and due to their content and shape they are a world rarity in the field of early Christian archeology.
Vinica icon with Joshua and Caleb, is a terracotta icon from the 5th-6th century with a representation of an Old Testament scene. This icon depicts the characters of Joshua and Caleb in military uniforms. Joshua is on the left side of the relief. He holds a spear in his right hand and points to the sun with his left hand. A star is represented between his helmet and the spear. The figure of Caleb is presented on the right side of the front. In his left hand he holds a spear and with his right he holds the shield. Caleb’s face is slightly turned to the right with his eyes fixed on the sun as shown by Joshua. The moon is represented above Caleb’s head.
